Are you an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure?

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Azure AI Engineer who can design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, and Python.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience implementing AI/ML solutions in cloud environments, developing machine learning models, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience & Technical Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft AI and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).

- Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions using Microsoft Azure.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Azure SDKs for Machine Learning and Cognitive Services.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.

- Experience working with cloud-native development and CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

CORE TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Solution Development

- Design and implement intelligent AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI Services.

- Develop and deploy Python-based machine learning models using Azure ML pipelines and SDKs.

- Integrate prebuilt AI capabilities, including:

  - Computer Vision

  - Language Processing

  - Speech Services

  - Document Intelligence

2. Collaboration & Solution Architecture

- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions.

- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, and security.

3. Responsible AI & Governance

- Apply Responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.

- Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements across AI workloads.

4. Monitoring & Optimization

- Monitor AI workloads using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

- Apply MLOps best practices to maintain reliable AI deployments.

- Continuously improve model performance, cost-efficiency, and system reliability.

⭐ PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Candidates with additional experience in the following areas will have an advantage:

- Azure AI Studio

- Azure ML Designer

- Automated Machine Learning (AutoML)

- MLOps practices and tools, including MLflow

- Azure DevOps

- GitHub Actions

- Power BI for integrating AI-generated insights into dashboards.

- Microsoft Azure AI certifications, particularly Azure AI Engineer Associate.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

- Strong, practical experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Proven experience developing Python-based machine learning models.

- Hands-on exposure to Azure Machine Learning pipelines, SDKs, and AI Services.

- Experience integrating Vision, Language, Speech, or Document Intelligence capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Understanding of MLOps, cloud deployment, model monitoring, and optimization.

- Experience delivering real-world AI projects from development through deployment.

IMPORTANT CANDIDATE SCREENING & CV REQUIREMENTS

Please prioritize candidates with strong, hands-on Microsoft Azure AI/ML experience.

Their latest CVs must clearly highlight:

- Specific AI/ML projects developed and deployed using Microsoft Azure.

- Actual project responsibilities and technical contributions.

- Azure services, tools, SDKs, and platforms used.

- Python programming experience and practical ML model development.

- Experience with Azure ML pipelines, AI Services, and MLOps.

- Previous industry, client, or account exposure relevant to enterprise AI solutions.

- Demonstrable experience with model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Candidates with actual Azure AI solution development and deployment experience should receive the highest priority over those with only theoretical AI/ML knowledge or general cloud experience.
