Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kyriba IT Analyst to provide application support, manage system integrations, and ensure the stability and efficiency of treasury management platforms and related enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT application support, system integration, and technical troubleshooting, preferably with hands-on experience in Kyriba, SAP ERP, and treasury-related financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Operations

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Kyriba and associated integrations.

- Monitor application health, system performance, service availability, and integration processes.

- Investigate and resolve production incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.

- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors, banking partners, and cross-functional teams.

- Support application upgrades, system releases, maintenance, and continuous enhancements.

- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

2. Integration Management

- Support and enhance integrations between Kyriba and enterprise applications.

- Monitor inbound/outbound interfaces, managed file transfers, and batch processing.

- Troubleshoot interface failures, data synchronization issues, and integration incidents.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and availability of treasury-related data flows.

- Participate in integration design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Technology Operations teams.

- Support integrations with external treasury and market data platforms such as Bloomberg, FXall, State Street, and banking systems.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, file transmission, and data exchange issues.

3. Delivery & Continuous Improvement

- Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.

- Support requirements analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment.

- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and monitoring.

- Recommend process improvements, technology enhancements, and service optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT application support, systems administration, or technical operations.

- Experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (preferably Kyriba), SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other business-critical financial applications.

- Demonstrated experience in API-based, messaging-based, and file-based system integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, middleware, networks, vendors, and external partners.

- Knowledge of secure file transmission and encryption technologies, including PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and public/private key management.

- Understanding of IT governance, SOX compliance, audit controls, change management, access management, and segregation of duties.

- Experience supporting application testing, system upgrades, patches, interface changes, and technical enhancements.

- Ability to assess the impact of application, integration, infrastructure, and platform changes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on Kyriba integration, technical support, configuration, or administration experience.

- Knowledge of Kyriba Treasury Management processes and functionality.

- Experience with integrations involving Kyriba, SAP ERP, Azure services, Data & Analytics, and Treasury/Cash Management platforms.

- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FXall, State Street, and other financial service providers.

- Experience supporting financial data integration and reporting solutions.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity, operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
