Responsibilities:

• Provides timely and accurate updates to supervisor on technical deliverables

• Provides input for estimation

• Provides input to the design

• Develops/codes assigned components and modules

• Adheres to ICTG coding standards

• Ensures code is adequately commented to assist other developers in understanding code modules and their intended purpose

• Develops unit test plans and executes per iteration of development to ensure quality in software development

• Provides technical support during deployment

• Feeds in any configuration or settings that may be required to ensure code developed will work when deployed in next environment

• Assists in the transition to CSS

• Prepares necessary documentations and materials for transition

• Follows and adheres to quality standards and processes (eg.g coding, unit testing)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in software development in offshore/onshore delivery models

• Has experience in developing estimations and writing proposals, preferred but not required

• Has experience in key technology domains used: C#, .NET, VB.NET, MVC, ASP.Net, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, XML, Python, Java, WordPress, DB Engines (MSSQL, Orale, MySQL), Reporting Engines (Crystal Report, RDLC)

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with peers

• Can confidently operate without constant management oversight

• Focuses on Customer Satisfaction

• Works well with others and take ownership of tasks
