Are you a technology professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement?

TRENDS is looking for a Technology Senior Engineer (Presales) who will work closely with customers, Sales, vendors, and technical teams to understand business requirements and design technology solutions that are technically feasible, commercially viable, and aligned with customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Participate in customer meetings, technical discovery sessions, discussions, and workshops.

• Gather, analyze, and document customer business and technical requirements.

• Identify customer pain points and translate business needs into appropriate technology solutions.

• Assess existing IT environments and identify integration and implementation requirements.

• Design solutions for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid environments.

• Prepare solution architectures, technical specifications, system diagrams, and deployment models.

• Validate solution compatibility, scalability, security, performance, and integration requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Lead or support Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) activities.

• Configure solutions and demonstration environments for customer evaluation.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle.

• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, BOMs, SOWs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and customer questionnaires.

• Provide technical input for pricing and licensing discussions.

• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and technology partners regarding product specifications, licensing, and technical capabilities.

• Support technical handover to Implementation, Support, and Project teams after deal closure.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related IT/technical field:

  • Electronics Engineering

  • Electronics and Communications Engineering

  • Information Technology

  • Computer Engineering

  • Computer Science

  • Information Systems

• 1 to 2 years of related experience is preferred.

• Strong interest or experience in presales, solution design, enterprise technology, customer technical engagement, or solution implementation.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.

• Comfortable conducting customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Able to collaborate effectively with Sales, implementation teams, vendors, distributors, and technology partners.

Added Advantage

• ManageEngine Endpoint Management and Identity & Access Management knowledge or certification.

• Other relevant enterprise technology certifications.

• Experience supporting POCs, technical solution proposals, RFPs, RFQs, BOMs, or SOWs.

Working Conditions

• Amenable to work in Makati.

• Amenable to render overtime when business requirements call for it.
