Technical Support Specialist
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond promptly to service request via phone, email, or ticketing system
Review and monitor the security and control of network, operations system and data center in EWP e.g. POS, Payparking, EDS, CCTV
Coordinates with vendors or service providers for repair and maintenance services.
Responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This includes the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of active network equipment for EWP.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
At least 2 years of experience on the same field
Can work with minimum supervision
Familiarity with antivirus management, data backup systems, and IT assets management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
