REQUIREMENTS:

• With one (1) to two (2) years of experience in IT technical support or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of Windows OS installation (Windows 10, Windows 11) , device drivers, BIOS/UEFI setup, and recovery tools. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suites and enterprise security solutions. 

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP). 

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent user support. 

• Certifications in the following are desirable but not required: TESDA Computer Hardware Servicing NC II or equivalent

• Open to onsite work and adaptable to flexible schedules.

Here’s what you’ll be doing at work:

• Resolve IT technical issues and incidents involving company computers and related electronic systems through Studio West IT ticketing system. 

• Provide hands-on support for desktop/laptop PCs including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. 

• Perform “bare metal” restore of OS including reinstallation of required business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP Business One, AutoCAD, CET). 

• Provisioning and installation of computer units in workstations for new hires and internal movements. 

• Provide helpdesk support regarding IT-related concerns specifically desktop, laptop, printer, biometrics, Zoom rooms, and sound systems. 

• Provide orientation and training to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment. 

• Install and configure software and drivers. 

• Perform initial triage and resolution of IT service desk tickets. 

• Coordinate with IT Associate and Systems Administrator for unresolved or escalated issues. 

• Support mobile device configurations related to authentication (MFA, Outlook, Teams). 

• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system. 

• Test, monitor, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, networks and peripherals.
