Position: Product Manager (with UI/UX experience)

Work Set-up: Remote Work

Work Shift: Nightshift

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong UX experience to take ownership of assigned product areas, driving initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. You will play a hands-on role in product discovery, user research, journey mapping, workflow design, backlog management, and solution validation. Using tools such as Jira and Figma, you will help shape product direction, guide development teams, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value to both users and the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, user research, and usability testing.

  • Translate research findings into problem statements, user journeys, workflows, and actionable product recommendations.

  • Develop and manage product backlogs, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities using Jira.

  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, feature acceptance, testing, and release.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate and validate proposed solutions.

  • Work alongside the existing Program and Product Manager to translate product strategy into actionable requirements and delivery priorities.

  • Partner with the UI/UX Designer to ensure consistency in interaction design, accessibility, visual design, and design-system standards.

  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Present product findings, recommendations, trade-offs, and progress to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar digital product role.

  • Experience working with B2B, enterprise, operational, or technically complex software products.

  • Hands-on experience in user research, journey mapping, workflow design, and usability testing.

  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and refinement.

  • Proficiency in Figma, particularly in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business and user requirements into clear, actionable, and testable specifications.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Comfortable working with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in media, video streaming, analytics, developer tools, or other data-heavy products.

  • Exposure to travel and hospitality, workforce management, logistics, or event management platforms.

  • Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, or AI-assisted workflows.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, or TypeScript (hands-on production coding is not required).

Why Join Us?

Be part of a collaborative product environment where you can influence product direction, solve complex user challenges, and work alongside talented design and engineering professionals to deliver meaningful digital experiences.
