Senior Mobile Developer (React)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Mobile Developer with strong experience in React Native to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in mobile application architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and technical leadership, with the ability to guide developers and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native.

• Define and implement scalable mobile application architecture and development standards.

• Oversee the development of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

• Lead API integrations, third-party services, and backend connectivity.

• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to mobile developers.

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and stability.

• Ensure application quality, security, responsiveness, and compatibility across different devices.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Drive code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement in development processes.

• Oversee application deployment, release management, updates, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on experience in React Native.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

• Solid experience developing and deploying applications for Android and iOS platforms.

• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile application development workflows.

• Strong knowledge of mobile application performance optimization, debugging, and security practices.

• Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment and release management.

• Excellent problem-solving, technical leadership, and communication skills.
