Senior MSP Infrastructure Engineer (Projects & Escalation) | Remote | Night
The Role
This is a senior, dedicated seat with a managed services provider. You own infrastructure projects from scoping through build, migration and cutover, and you do the hands-on work yourself. You’re also the escalation point for junior and after-hours engineers, and you lead calls with end customers. This is hands-on engineering, not an architecture or management role.
Why This Seat
Real project ownership across many client environments
Fully remote after two weeks of onboarding at our BGC office
Business-grade laptop provided
You’re a Fit If
You have 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, mostly at MSPs, including senior or escalation-level work. You’ve built and cut over projects yourself and can walk us through them. You’re careful and detail-driven, because one wrong firewall rule or CA policy can take a customer down.

Clear spoken and written English for leading customer calls
