We are seeking a proactive and skilled MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Contracts Sales and Support delivery team. In this role, you will build, enhance, and maintain enterprise business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to support global stakeholders across international markets.

• Application Design & Customization: Design, build, and configure Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement / Dataverse), including entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.

• Custom Code Development: Develop server-side plugins and workflow activities in C#/.NET, as well as client-side scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Power Platform Integration: Build low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages where applicable.

• Integrations: Develop and maintain API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

• Production Support & ALM: Package, deploy, and manage solution releases across environments using Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring issue resolution within target SLAs.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse development and production support.

• Tech Stack:

  • Solid C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse data modeling.

  • Integration experience using REST APIs and Dataverse Web API.

• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines, Agile methodology, and ITSM practices.

• Work Setup Requirements:

  • Willing to work 100% Onsite in Makati City.

  • Willing and able to work a permanent Night Shift schedule.

• Microsoft Certifications (PL-400 Power Platform Developer, MB-210, or MB-230).

• ITIL Certification or experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

• Background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or sales support operations.
