Job Summary:

A confident and driven Cold Caller will be the voice that introduces our digital marketing services to owners of local home services businesses. You will work from prepared prospect lists with research on each business's Google ranking and online visibility, and use those insights to start meaningful sales conversations. Your calls will follow our email outreach, so you'll be reaching prospects who have already heard from us. Proven outbound calling experience, a clear and confident phone presence, and the persistence to turn cold conversations into real opportunities make for the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place outbound cold calls to owners of home services businesses such as HVAC, pest control, garage door, and plumbing companies

- Work through prepared prospect lists and use per-business research to personalize each conversation

- Explain gaps in a prospect's Google ranking and local online visibility, and position our digital marketing services as the solution

- Follow up on prior email outreach so every call builds on an existing touchpoint

- Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving toward a next step

- Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups accurately

- Hit daily and weekly call activity and conversion targets

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in outbound cold calling

- Excellent spoken English with a clear, easy-to-understand accent

- Confident, energetic, and professional phone presence

- Strong objection handling and persuasion skills

- Ability to quickly understand research notes and use them in conversation

- Resilience and persistence in a high-volume calling environment

- Focused, rigorous, and effective when left to run with the work

- Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience selling digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Business Profile, local SEO, or paid ads (strongly preferred)

- Experience calling U.S. home services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, garage door, or similar)

- Basic understanding of Google search rankings and local SEO

- Experience with dialer software and CRMs

- Experience calling U.S. small business owners

- Able to handle a full slate of follow-ups and pipelines while keeping each one moving
