YOUR ROLE: CONNECT BUSINESS NEEDS WITH TECHNOLOGY 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in understanding client requirements and supporting the successful delivery of software solutions. 

Your focus will be on collections management and portfolio segmentation, analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical specifications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide clients throughout implementation, testing, training, and system adoption. 

Beyond documenting requirements, you'll help clients understand how software capabilities translate into practical business benefits. From facilitating discussions and explaining complex concepts to supporting system testing and user training, you'll ensure that solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable value. 

We're looking for a professional with at least five years of relevant experience in business analysis or software application consulting, specifically within the banking or finance industry. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Analyze Business Needs and Define Solutions 

• Analyze and understand client business requirements in collections management and portfolio segmentation, ensuring proposed solutions align with organizational goals. 

• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical software specifications. 

• Develop a strong understanding of client processes, business objectives, and operational challenges to help identify appropriate software solutions. 

• Translate product capabilities into practical applications, demonstrating their expected business impact. 

Collaborate to Deliver High-Quality Solutions 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. 

• Help ensure that proposed solutions address client requirements and contribute to measurable business results. 

• Support effective collaboration between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams throughout the solution delivery process. 

Support Testing, Training, and System Adoption 

• Guide clients through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

• Provide user guidance, training, and documentation to promote effective system ownership and adoption. 

• Prepare clear, practical materials that help clients understand system functionality and use solutions effectively. 

• Support clients throughout implementation to help ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements. 

Engage and Communicate with Clients 

• Adapt presentations and explanations to suit different client audiences, from senior executives to end users. 

• Communicate complex product capabilities and technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner. 

• Emphasize the benefits most relevant to each audience, connecting software functionality with business priorities. 

• Facilitate workshops, provide user training, and guide clients through system implementation and adoption. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

We're looking for a business analysis professional who combines technical understanding, financial industry knowledge, and strong client engagement skills. 

Education and Industry Experience 

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related technical field. 

• A master's degree is an advantage. 

• At least five years of relevant experience in business analysis or software application consulting, specifically within the banking or finance industry. 

• A strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to connect operational needs with effective software solutions. 

Business Analysis and Technical Expertise 

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical or software specifications. 

• Strong system configuration skills, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives. 

• Advanced experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), process flows, training materials, and user manuals. 

• The ability to analyze business processes and communicate requirements clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders. 

• A practical, solutions-oriented mindset focused on delivering value to clients. 

Client Engagement and Communication 

• Excellent client-facing skills, including user training, workshop facilitation, and guidance throughout system adoption. 

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt explanations to audiences ranging from executives to end users. 

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. 

• French language proficiency is an advantage.
