About the role
Asticom Technology Inc' is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Intern to join our growing team. This is a casual role based in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City office, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the human resources and recruitment industry. As the HR Onboarding Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, supporting our HR function and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring they have a positive first impression and are set up for success
Coordinating with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork, equipment, and training are provided to new hires
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process
Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
Contributing ideas to improve the onboarding experience and streamline HR processes
What we're looking for
Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or a related degree programme
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for human resources

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
