Technical Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, support system integrations, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with development teams on system enhancements, integrations, and implementations.

• Support API integrations, data flows, and enterprise application connectivity.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

• Create user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Support UAT, system validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

• Analyze business and system data to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and best practices.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Integration, or Software Development.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Enterprise Applications.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

• Skilled in requirements gathering, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.

• Experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis.

• Knowledge of API integrations, data flows, and system interoperability.

• Experience supporting UAT and system validation.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and system performance best practices.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
