Van Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a Van Delivery Driver to join our Brisbane team. If you're reliable, physically fit, and motivated to deliver outstanding service, this could be the role for you.

Working Conditions

• Hours: Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 2:30pm

• Weekends & Public Holidays: Always off

• Overtime: Occasionally during peak periods (paid accordingly)

What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently deliver goods across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and/or Gold Coast

• Provide a professional, friendly customer experience at every stop

• Complete 20–40 deliveries per day using our delivery app for accuracy and efficiency

• Pick, load, and unload goods from your vehicle.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards for vehicles and food products

• Assist with warehouse tasks, such as receiving stock, container offloads, or restacking pallets

What We're Looking For

Essentials:

• Legal work rights in Australia

• Open driver's licence

• Valid car licence (C class) for delivery duties

• Physically capable of handling 20kg+ loads

• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a freezer environment

Nice to Have (not essential):

• Experience with refrigerated delivery vans

• Background in warehouse operations

• Forklift license

• Knowledge of LEAN practices or continuous improvement culture
