IT Administrator
About the role
The IT Administrator is responsible for administering, monitoring, maintaining, and improving the company's IT infrastructure, systems, software, hardware, and user accounts. The position provides technical support to the Head Office and project sites, manages Active Directory and account access, develops customized reports on tire performance and sales, and assists in the preparation of marketing materials and staff training programs. The role ensures the reliability, security, and efficient use of technology to support the company's business operations.

B. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
C. Customized Reporting, Tire Performance, and Sales Analysis
D. Software, Hardware, and System Improvement
E. IT Asset and Access Management
F. Staff Training and Technical Documentation
G. Marketing Materials and Digital Support
H. Onsite and Departmental Coordination
I. IT Security, Data Protection, and Backup
J. Documentation and Management Reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
Preferably at least two (2) years of relevant experience in IT administration, systems support, network administration, or a similar role.
Experience with Active Directory, system monitoring, report development, data analysis, and onsite technical support is an advantage.
Experience in sales reporting, tire performance reporting, and marketing material preparation is preferred.
