Onboarding Specialist
About the role
JAF Digital Group Inc. is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help clients set up and use our HRIS and payroll system.
Key responsibilities
Gather client requirements and assist with system setup and implementation
Guide clients through onboarding and system training
Check payroll data and system settings for accuracy
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve implementation concerns
Track onboarding progress and maintain clear records
About you
Graduate of an IT-related course or has a strong IT background
Experience in payroll or HRIS implementation
Knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory requirements
Willing to do fieldwork and meet with clients when needed
Strong client communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
