The Position:

• Chef - Between $29.46 to $36.82p/h inclusive of 25% casual loading + 12% Super - Design hearty menus, manage stock, and lead a positive kitchen crew.
• Cook - Between $27.98 to $34.97p/h inclusive of 25% casual loading + 12% Super -  to Prep, cook, and plate up delicious, high-volume meals for hungry crowds.
• Catering Assistant - Between $27.09 to $33.86p/h inclusive of 25% casual loading + 12% Super - Keep the kitchen moving—prep veggies, serve guests, and maintain a spotless space.

The Person:

• Must be able to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check and a National Police Check
• A genuine passion for great food and delivering outstanding customer service every time
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Driven, adaptable, and able to juggle tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision
• Chef - Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
• Understanding of allergen management
