Bus / Coach Driver

Firefly Coaches is currently seeking a Full Time Coach Driver to join our team in Horsham, VIC.

About the Role

Based at our Horsham depot, you will operate V/Line services between Ballarat and Nhill. As a Coach Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate coaches safely and responsibly, in accordance with all road laws and company policies

• Provide a welcoming, professional and customer-focused experience for passengers

• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting as required

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• HR licence (or higher)

• Heavy vehicle experience (bus preferred)

• Working With Children Check

• Driver’s Certificate

• Police Check (within the last 6 months)

• Driving history report (VicRoads or National)

• Exceptional customer service skills

We are also seeking someone who is:

• A local resident in the Wimmera region.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Skilled in communication and problem-solving.

• Committed to safety and professional conduct.
