As an Experience Consultant specializing in Design, you will apply human-centered design and agile methods to create valuable customer and employee experiences for clients across all channels. You will engage with client partners and subject matter experts to develop project proposals and solutions that showcase IBM's diverse design capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: Develop Project Proposals: Collaborate with client partners and subject matter experts to create project proposals that highlight IBM's design capabilities and meet client needs.

This involves applying design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that drive business transformation. Lead Design Teams: Manage and grow teams of designers focused on product, marketing, commerce, sales, and service transformations across various industries and markets. This requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct User Research: Apply data-driven user research methods to inform experience strategy, design, and business analysis. This involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Deliver Design Solutions: Apply human-centered design principles and agile methodologies to create innovative design solutions that meet client needs.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. Orchestrate Processes: Coordinate front-stage and back-stage processes to ensure successful project delivery. This involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Has experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user feedback. Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Portfolio showcasing UX design projects and design processes.
