About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our Service Department — the vital link between our customers and our factory-trained technicians. You’ll manage the customer journey from the moment a booking is made through to vehicle hand-back, making sure every guest leaves with confidence in the work we’ve done and a reason to come back.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm. No weekend work required.

Your Responsibilities

•     Welcome customers and guide them through the service booking and check-in process.

•     Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle service requirements.

•     Prepare clear, transparent service estimates and communicate realistic completion times.

•     Liaise with technicians and the Workshop Controller to track job progress.

•     Proactively update customers throughout the service, including obtaining approval for any additional work.

•     Ensure a smooth, professional hand-back and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.

•     Maintain accurate records in our dealership management system.

What We’re Looking For

•     Previous experience as a Service Advisor (or similar customer-facing role) in an automotive dealership.

•     A current driver’s license.

•     Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

•     Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workshop.

•     Confident computer skills; experience with dealership management systems (e.g. Tune DMS) highly regarded

•     A calm, professional manner — even when the day gets busy.

•     Honesty, integrity, and a team-first attitude.
