yGen Innovations delivers end-to-end RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services to enterprise clients across multiple industries. Our team works embedded with client organizations to solve complex talent and technology challenges at scale.
We are building experienced Full Stack Developers to support active and incoming client engagements for enterprise clients. If you have a solid background in TypeScript web applications, Python data pipelines, and AI tooling, we want to hear from you.
What the Work Looks Like
Depending on the engagement, Full Stack Developers typically work on:
Delivering sprint tickets end to end on an internal sales enablement web app
Building dashboards, territory and map views, and account drill downs in Next.js, React, and TypeScript
Keeping territory scoping correct across every count, sum, and list
Adding and maintaining AI chat tools on a Model Context Protocol server, with intent detection and evidence cards in the chat UI
Writing Python nightly pipeline stages that pull from a data warehouse, rebuild derived tables, and log each refresh with integrity checks
Keeping sensitive data out of logs, errors, and AI prompts
Tracing wrong numbers in production back to the source row and pipeline stage
Maintaining a PIM (inRiver) attribute model and syndication feeds, plus a weekly competitor web scrape across 17 sites
What We Look For
Must Have:
Available to work hours that overlap with US Pacific and Asia time zones
Based in the Philippines
4+ years of experience in full stack development
Hands-on experience building web applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema migrations
Experience writing Python data pipelines that pull from a data warehouse
Experience building or integrating AI tooling into production applications
Work Setup and Schedule
Remote, Philippines-based
Coverage overlapping US Pacific and Asia hours, night shift in Philippines
