Labourforce is seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join our team across various warehouse locations in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

We have a range of opportunities available, including voice picking and general pick packing, with various shifts and roster options to suit different availability.

About the role

Depending on the site, you may be responsible for picking and packing customer orders using voice-directed systems, RF scanners or traditional pick packing methods.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

• Using voice-picking systems, RF scanners or other warehouse equipment where required

• Repetitive manual handling and lifting

• Meeting productivity and accuracy targets

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

About you

• Previous warehouse, pick packing or order picking experience

• Voice picking and/or RF scanning experience highly regarded

• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting up to 20–30kg where required

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible with shift times and available rosters
