AI Developer (Banking & Financial Services)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Python for backend development and React JS for frontend development.

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, Function Apps, and data processing/ETL pipelines.

• Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM-powered applications, including workflows, agent-based orchestration, and RAG-based solutions using LangChain and/or LangGraph.

• Design, query, and optimize SQL databases to support application functionality and data processing requirements.

• Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver functional, responsive, and user-friendly applications.

• Apply modular design, reusable components, and sound application architecture principles.

• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Deliver solutions according to defined requirements, project timelines, and enterprise development standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years of Python backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend services, application logic, and data processing.

• Experience with SQL databases, including complex queries and performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph for LLM-powered workflows, agent orchestration, or RAG applications.

• Experience developing responsive frontend applications using React JS.

• Experience building and maintaining APIs, backend services, Function Apps, and ETL/data pipelines.

• Knowledge of application architecture, modular design, integration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with structured delivery timelines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Must be willing to work on an initial full onsite before transitioning to a hybrid work set-up.
