Technology Solutions Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and technical challenges

• Recommend technology solutions that align with clients' needs and organizational goals

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and service delivery teams to develop effective solutions

• Assist in solution design, implementation planning, and project coordination

• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and presentations

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the client engagement process

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in technology consulting, IT solutions, technical support, systems implementation, or a related role is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in clear, business-friendly language

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software solutions, cloud technologies, networking, or enterprise systems is an advantage

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements
