Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Boilermaker/Welder to join our team.

This position will commence as a casual role with a 6-month probation period, with the opportunity to transition to permanent full-time employment for the right candidate.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

· Fabrication and assembly of custom steel products

· MIG welding and general fabrication work

· Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

· Measuring, marking out and preparing materials

· Operating workshop equipment safely and efficiently

· Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship

· Working both independently and as part of a team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Experience in boiler making, welding or steel fabrication

· Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills

· Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

· Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

· Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work effectively within a team environment

· Current driver's licence
