Warehouse & Logistics Team Member

About the role

Trio Supplies Australia is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Team Member to join our team in Wonthaggi, Victoria. This is a hands-on, varied role reporting to our Operations Lead. You'll keep stock moving: unloading trucks, collecting from suppliers, packing and delivering customer orders, helping out in our retail area, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Unloading inbound trucks and supplier deliveries, including by forklift

• Driving company vehicles to collect stock from suppliers and checking orders and paperwork

• Delivering customer orders across Gippsland promptly and accurately, getting delivery signatures and handling returns

• Loading and unloading delivery vans safely and securely

• Picking and packing customer orders, prioritising walk-in orders when needed

• Helping customers in our retail area and restocking shelves

• Assisting with stock checks, receiving and inventory organisation

• Carrying out regular vehicle checks and keeping vehicles clean and roadworthy

• Keeping the warehouse, retail and office areas clean, tidy and safe

• Contributing ideas in team meetings to help us improve how we work

About you

• A current forklift licence is essential

• A current driver's licence and a clean driving record

• Previous warehouse, delivery, logistics or storeperson experience preferred

• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred but not essential

• Friendly and confident with customers, in store and on the road

• Accurate and detail-focused. You check orders before they go out

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable, punctual and able to work on your own initiative

• A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed
