We are seeking kitchenhands to join our exceptional culinary team across the quick service retail outlets at Royal North Shore Hospital.

Royal North Shore Hospital is one of Sydney’s leading teaching hospitals, caring for the community of Sydney’s north and beyond. Our outlets keep the hospital running, serving fresh, quality food to staff, patients and visitors every day.

About you:

• Ideally you should have at least one year’s experience, however on the job training will be provided

• You are able to build trust and positive relationships with colleagues

• Experience with industrial dishwasher

• Assist distro team with accepting of deliveries to site

• You can successfully manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment and are able to apply good judgement whilst under pressure

• Food Safety Certificate is a prerequisite

• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

• Maintain impeccable standards, with a keen eye for detail

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Flexibility across a 7 day a week operational roster.

• Willingness to meet hospital site requirements, which may include vaccination compliance and background checks

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to turning up for every rostered shift
