Bio-Cleaner

P1 Building and Maintenance Group is seeking a detail focused Bio-Cleaner to come aboard with us on a full-time basis, playing a key role in maintaining safe, hygienic environments across social housing properties and active building sites.

This role's oversight spans deep cleans, site clean-ups and ongoing sanitation across both occupied and vacant housing as well as commercial construction sites.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Carry out deep cleans of vacant and occupied housing and commercial sites

• Clean and sanitise communal areas, stairwells, lifts, and outdoor spaces

• Utilise hospital grade bio-cleaning products and industry-approved techniques

• Use bio cleaning products safely and effectively

• Complete site clean-up on building projects, including removal of dust, debris, and residue

• Report issues to supervisors

• Follow health and safety and site access procedures

Qualifications & capabilities:

• Minimum of 1+ years bio-cleaning or specialised cleaning experience

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Ability to work on building sites and in social housing environments

• Good communication and reliability

• Ability to perform moderate lifting as part of daily duties

• Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable Person Checks are essential
