Software Engineering Intern (Paid Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing system enhancements and new features in HRIS and CRM platforms.

• Document test results, bugs, and system issues for resolution.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining system data accuracy.

• Coordinate with the Systems Automation team in identifying and reporting system improvements.

• Help prepare test cases, user guides, and system documentation.

• Provide basic support for system-related concerns and inquiries.

• Perform other administrative and technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related IT/Computer Studies course.

• Must be able to render at least 400 or more internship hours.

• Familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of software testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
