Warehouse & Delivery Team Member

About the role

This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities in our warehouse and delivery team at Gladstone Betta, a locally owned appliance retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock

• Picking and preparing customer orders for delivery and collection

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

• Assisting with deliveries of fridges, washing machines, furniture and other large appliances

• Helping with appliance installations and removal of old products

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse

• Assisting with general warehouse duties and stock management

About you

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Friendly and professional when dealing with customers

• Current driver's licence preferred

• Previous warehouse, delivery or appliance experience advantageous but not essential
