Sheetmetal Worker/TIG Welder

We are currently seeking an experienced “trade qualified” Engineering Fabricator specialising in TIG Welding for an ongoing, workshop based role located in Dandenong South.
The successful applicant will be competent in the field and have the ability to work quickly and skillfully. Accept responsibility for work performed and operate welding equipment safely.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Experience in welding, Aluminum, Stainless and Mild Steel and understand and appropriately apply correct welding techniques.

• Must also be proficient at reading drawings as well as understand and appropriately apply correct welding techniques.

• Strong organisational skills

• Proven experience working in a busy environment will be an asset

• Intermediate project management skills.

• Strong focus on safety

• Be quality driven
