About the Role

Accurate Recruitment has partnered with an established manufacturing and engineering leader in Geebung. We are seeking reliable Production Machine Operators with a current Forklift Licence to join a fast-paced, growing team.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will divide your time between operating machinery, driving forklifts, and assisting with general production.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and monitor specialized manufacturing machinery (full training provided).

• Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, and transfer raw materials and finished products.

• Label, stack, and organize processed products in the warehouse.

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist with general production duties.

What We Are Looking For

• Licence: A current, valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.

• Experience: Previous background in manufacturing, warehouse production, recycling, or machine operation is highly regarded.

• Fitness: Comfort working in a physical, labour-intensive manufacturing environment.

• Eligibility: Candidates must hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights to be considered for these permanent positions.
