Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead business intelligence initiatives supporting workforce management operations. This role requires strong expertise in BI, technical tools, programming languages, and AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will lead specialists, drive the development of new solutions, oversee complex projects and processes, and provide technical guidance to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

• Lead business intelligence initiatives and develop solutions for workforce management programs, projects, and processes.

• Apply BI expertise, programming knowledge, and relevant technology tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• Explore and implement AI-driven initiatives using tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, or comparable platforms.

• Establish and implement policies, processes, and standards aligned with business priorities.

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop BI specialists, including managing team performance and employee development.

• Business Intelligence and Workforce Management (WFM)

• Professional experience using AI tools or AI-driven initiatives

• Knowledge of programming languages and technology stacks

• BI team leadership and people management

• Analytical thinking, solution development, and process improvement

• Strong understanding of BI practices and related technical disciplines.
• Knowledge of programming languages and technology stacks.
• Professional experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or other relevant AI tools or initiatives.

• Ability to lead complex projects, develop solutions, and establish operational processes.
