IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and clients.

• Document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, and business processes.

• Identify business problems, analyze issues, and recommend effective solutions.

• Ensure project documents are accurate, complete, and approved by relevant stakeholders.

• Define reporting, monitoring, and quality assurance requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, merchants, and third-party providers.

• Document and maintain system processes, project artifacts, and best practices for future use.

• Identify recurring technical and functional issues and recommend improvements to the product and management teams.

• Communicate key findings, updates, and recommendations to project and product teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system monitoring, project delivery, and client satisfaction.

• Promote Business Analysis best practices and maintain proper documentation in the company repository.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and business process improvement.

• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, business requirements documentation, and functional and non-functional specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in identifying business issues, recommending solutions, and improving business processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
