What you'll be doing

• Operating food production and packaging equipment
• Preparing and mixing ingredients in line with set recipes
• Monitoring product quality and keeping production running to schedule
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Moving raw materials and ingredients safely, using lifting equipment where required
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy, safe production area

What we're looking for

• A reliable, practical approach to work
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and hygiene
• The ability to work well in a team and keep pace in a busy environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food processing or packing is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as important
