Diesel Mechanic / Machine Operator All Rounder

QCM Group are a family owned and operated construction company carrying out a large number of local and remote area projects in Darwin and surrounding areas. QCM are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Plant operator with experience in operating and servicing batching plants, bobcats, telehandler, excavators, tippers, vehicles and semi's in local and remote locations across the NT.
The applicant must have the following qualifications and experience.
competent in operating all aspects of a 5T mini excavator
competent in operating all aspects of a Bobcat skid steer and attachments
competent in operating Haulotte telehandler
competent in operating Komatsu Front end Loader
Competent in service / repair of Kenworth Prime Movers
Knowledge or willing to learn the maintenance and running of a Concrete Batch Plant
completing prestart checks on machinery/vehicles
servicing / repairing machinery when required
demonstrate safe, professional and productive behavior
have current licenses for plant and equipment
ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
HR/HC license
white card
Task and responsibilities;
Knowledge and the ability to operate all plant machinery on site professionally and safely.
demolition of buildings
site clean
construct driveways/ building pads
strong work ethics and attention to detail
maintain/ service machinery
