Storeperson/Delivery Driver

Exflo Hospitality Supplies is a local, family-owned business that has been operating out of Albury since 1980. We supply more than 5,000 products to hotels, motels, cafés, restaurants, hospitals, schools, aged care, councils and cleaning contractors across Southern NSW, Northern Victoria and Gippsland.

We're looking for a reliable, fit and friendly driver/storeperson to join our distribution team.

The role

This is a hands-on role that mixes delivery runs with warehouse work. A typical week is roughly 60% driving and 40% in the warehouse. You'll report to our Warehouse Manager.

• Multi-drop deliveries to customers across Albury-Wodonga, the Riverina, North East Victoria and Gippsland, driving mainly vans

• Hand-unloading at customer sites, including carrying cartons into kitchens, storerooms and cleaning cupboards

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Loading and unloading trucks

• General warehouse duties and housekeeping

• Occasional overnight runs (no more than 4 per month), with accommodation paid and a meal allowance.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• No weekends

What you'll need

• A current manual car licence (essential)

• Good fitness. This is a physical job with regular lifting of cartons up to 25 kg throughout the day

• A friendly, professional manner with customers

• Reliability and a good attitude

• Clear communication and basic computer skills

• Willingness to undergo police, Working With Children and periodic drug & alcohol checks, as some of our clients require them

Highly regarded (but we'll train the right person)

• Medium Rigid (MR) licence or higher - Preferred but not essential

• Forklift licence - Preferred but not essential

• Multi-drop delivery experience

• Local knowledge of the Albury-Wodonga area and surrounds
