Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook Japanese sando, onigiri and other menu items
Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food quality
Keep the kitchen clean and organised
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with the kitchen team during busy periods
About you
Previous cooking experience preferred
Experience with Japanses cuisine is an advantage
Reliable, hardworking and positive
Able to work well in a busy kitchen
Good teamwork and communication skills
