About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full Time Boilermaker to join our team at our Heidelberg West factory.

As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, welding structural steel (staircases), your expertise and attention to detail will be essential to ensuring all work meets industry standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble steel structures according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Perform welding operations using various techniques to join metal components with precision and quality

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

• Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret technical drawings

• Prepare materials and components for fabrication and assembly processes

• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a boilermaker / welder.

• Demonstrated competency in welding techniques and metal fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to work
