Warehouse Stock Assistant
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Stock Assistant to join our Melbourne team. You'll be a key part of keeping our warehouse running smoothly: picking orders, putting away stock, and making sure everything flows from the shelves to our customers without a hitch. It's detail orientated, fast-paced work, and we need someone who takes pride in getting it right.
ABOUT YOU:
You're organised, dependable and comfortable on your feet. You don't need to be told twice; you spot problems before they become issues, and you're the kind of person who communicates clearly rather than letting things slide. You care about doing things properly — whether that's handling stock accurately or flagging a safety issue with your manager.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pick and fulfil sales orders and transfer orders accurately and on time
Keep the pick face stocked from overflow locations
Unload containers and complete put-away efficiently
Flag any receiving discrepancies — incorrect quantities, packing slip errors — with the Warehouse Manager
Put away stock from staging areas.
Report inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager
Raise any OH&S concerns promptly to keep the team safe
Flag non-stock shortages (gels, fit-kits, post supplies) for reordering
Take care of yourself and your teammates — we take safety seriously here
Avaliable to work on a Monday to Friday roster cycle, from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
THE BENEFITS:
Free pair of shoes upon commencement
In-house training programs
A supportive and inclusive work environment.
Career development opportunities across a growing business.
Be part of a certified B Corp that's doing business for good.
Generous staff discounts on our seriously stylish and comfortable shoes.
Well-being programs include free flu vaccinations and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Fun, social culture with regular company dinners, activities, and events.
Peer-to-peer recognition incentive
Recruitment referral rewards
