Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Node.js, Next.js, and C#.
Build, integrate, and maintain microservices and backend APIs.
Develop and optimize database solutions using NoSQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and MongoDB.
Implement secure coding practices, coding standards, and application security best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve system functionality.
Adapt to new technologies, tools, and development practices as project requirements evolve.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Hands-on experience with React Native, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and C#.
Background in banking, financial services, or fintech is required.
Proven experience developing and implementing microservices architecture.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of coding standards, application security, and software development best practices.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience with Flutter is a plus.
Willing to work full on-site in Makati City for a project-based engagement.
What We Offer
Competitive monthly salary of ₱80,000–₱90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
