Fire Service Coordinator

We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing Service team to assist in providing a high-quality service delivery experience across all fire disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Passive and Portable divisions.

Desired Attributes:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

• Ability to work as part of a team, take direction from leadership or work autonomously to achieve desired goals.

• Extremely high attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work you produce and items you are responsible for.

• Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and troubleshoot / provide contingencies.

Tasks Required to be performed:

• Coordinate incoming service telephone calls and assist with client enquiries.

• Generating client work orders and purchase orders for suppliers.

• Scheduling works - Install, Service and Repair.

• Assist in management of the day for all client-based staff.

• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers etc.

• Job reconciliation - attention to detail is a must.

• Preparing invoices.

• Monthly and Annual reports in liaison with management
