Business Analyst (With Banking experience)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or a similar role.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and application workflows.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production issue investigation.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Postman is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Banking or Financial related project is a must have.
ASAP or 2 weeks joiners are a plus!
