AI Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI & Data Science Engineer to develop scalable, AI-powered applications and data-driven solutions. This role combines software engineering, AI/ML development, cloud technologies, and technical leadership to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered applications and data-driven solutions.

• Build and maintain LLM applications using RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI frameworks.

• Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.

• Apply machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.

• Manage data quality, security, and application reliability.

• Oversee project timelines, technical deliverables, and implementation.

• Mentor team members and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive AI adoption and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

• 7–11 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, data science, or related fields.

• Strong backend or full-stack development skills, particularly in Python, with Angular or React experience.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, software architecture, and testing.

• Cloud and DevOps experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, predictive modeling, and data pipeline management.

• Familiarity with Python, R, MATLAB, or other analytical programming languages.

• Experience leading technical projects, mentoring teams, and implementing innovative technologies.

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup, midshift schedule in BGC
