📍 South Windsor | Weekend Penalties | Rotating Shifts | Immediate Starts

WORK FULL-TIME HOURS AND ENJOY 4–5 DAYS OFF!

Looking for a better work-life balance without sacrificing full-time hours? Omni Recruit is seeking experienced Machine and Production Operators to join an established manufacturing facility in South Windsor, producing quality products for the water treatment industry.

💰 WHAT'S ON OFFER?

• Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

• Day shift: 6AM–6PM

• Night shift: 6PM–6AM

• 4–5 consecutive days off throughout the roster

• Saturday shifts paid at 1.5x

• Sunday shifts paid at 2x

• Ongoing work with long-term potential

📅 THE ROSTER

• 2 day shifts → 2 night shifts → 5 days off

• 2 day shifts → 3 night shifts → 4 days off

• 3 day shifts → 2 night shifts → 5 days off

⚠️ Weekend work is part of the rotating roster, with approximately two weekends worked per month.

🔧 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Overseeing manufacturing processes

• Assembling and testing components

• Performing product inspections and quality checks

• Recording production information accurately

• Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Handling materials and moving components as required

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace

👷 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable, motivated and hardworking attitude

• Availability for rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

• Physically fit for prolonged standing and repetitive manual tasks

• Reliable transport — essential due to shift times and limited public transport

• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

⭐ Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing will be highly regarded.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

You don't need to know every machine or process before starting. Training will be provided across the equipment, production methods and site procedures.

We're looking for candidates with a solid manufacturing background who are eager to learn, dependable and interested in a long-term opportunity.
