Pickers & Forklift Operators

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pickers and Forklift Operators for a range of ongoing opportunities across Richlands, Wacol and surrounding suburbs.

We have multiple positions available across warehouse and manufacturing environments, with day, afternoon and night shifts on offer. Forklift opportunities include both Counterbalance and High Reach operations, with competitive pay rates and the potential for ongoing employment.

About the Roles

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts

• Voice Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch

• Loading and unloading trucks and moving stock

• General warehouse duties and manual handling

• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What We're Looking For

• Current LF forklift licence for forklift operator positions

• Previous picking, warehouse or forklift operating experience

• Counterbalance and/or High Reach experience for forklift roles

• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transport and availability for day, afternoon or night shifts
