Seeking reliable, hands-on Production Workers to join a well-established Australian manufacturing business, operating within a specialised industrial production environment.
These positions offer the opportunity to develop production and technical skills across machinery operation, material processing and quality control, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
Day and Afternoon Shift positions available.
7am, 9:30am and 3pm shift start times, with opportunities for Overtime.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating heavy industrial machinery and production equipment
- Monitoring production processes and maintaining consistent output
- Handling, processing and transferring raw materials and finished products
- Performing quality inspections and maintaining production standards
- Assisting with chemical handling and treatment processes
- Following standard operating procedures, safety and security protocols
- Completing manual handling and general production duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, factory or production environments preferred
- Experience in metal processing, chemical manufacturing or industrial production highly regarded
- Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
- Forklift and driver's licences advantageous
- Willingness to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical
