Casual Fluid Management & Field Operations Assistant

HydrEra delivers practical, reliable fluid management solutions to major energy and mining projects across Australia. We’re looking for motivated casuals - whether you’re on an even‑time roster and want extra swings, or you’re local and keen for more hours -  to join our field operations team.

The Role

You’ll support our crews with hands‑on field work including:

• Pumping system setup and demobilisation

• Tank builds, hose assembly and general labouring

• Basic equipment checks

• Safe, efficient field operations alongside experienced operators

This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, and being part of a high‑performing field team.

What You Bring

• Physically fit (able to lift 20kg+)

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused

• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

• Current Driver’s Licence & White Card

• Ability to pass a Fit‑to‑Work medical

Desirable:

• Labouring or construction experience

• Familiarity with pumps, hoses, valves, or fluid transfer systems

• Confined Space or Working at Heights training

• Basic tool skills

• 4WD experience
