We are building experienced Business and Quality Assurance professionals to support active and incoming client engagements for enterprise clients across multiple industries. If you have a solid background in business analysis, requirements documentation, and QA testing, we want to hear from you.

What the Work Looks Like

Depending on the engagement, Business / Quality Assurance Analysts typically work on:

• Studying business functions and gathering information to define operational objectives and output requirements

• Designing system improvements by reviewing current practices and recommending changes

• Writing Functional Specification Documents and Business Requirement Documents

• Building workflow charts and diagrams that map system capabilities

• Creating test plans based on requirements and providing estimates for planning

• Executing tests according to the project schedule and tracking defects to closure

What We Look For

Must Have:

• Available to work onsite in the Philippines

• Available to work day-shift hours on Philippine Standard Time

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance

• Experience writing Functional Specification Documents and Business Requirement Documents

• Experience creating workflow charts and process diagrams

• Experience creating test plans, executing tests, and tracking defects to closure

Work Setup and Schedule

• Onsite setup, Philippines-based

• Day shift on Philippine Standard Time
